Shirley (she/her) is a first-generation Latina facilitator of healing, licensed massage therapist, and the founder of SpiritScienceMedicine, a holistic wellness studio based in Humboldt Park, Chicago. With over a decade of experience in massage therapy, Pilates, postural restoration, and EFT Tapping, Shirley offers care that is intuitive, trauma-informed, and rooted in both clinical knowledge and ancestral wisdom.
Her approach is body-centered and emotionally attuned, blending structural alignment with energy-awareness to support deep, lasting change. Through intentional touch, guided movement, and nervous system regulation, Shirley supports clients in reconnecting with themselves and reclaiming their own capacity to heal.
